Understanding the voice

The whole body contributes to expression

The voice is the tool we use to express ourselves and communicate. Its quality has a direct influence on the quality of our communication.

It is more than a sound produced by the throat. Posture, eye contact, gestures, breathing, airflow, resonators, vibrations, articulation, voice placement and energy management all contribute to the message.

01

Non-verbal language

The image we project, posture, gestures, eye contact and dynamic thinking.

02

Verbal language

Vocal expression, clarity, articulation, emphasis and vocal presence.

Each stage combines clear explanations with exercises participants can continue to use independently.
